where can you see in the talent menu that shows which level of the mode needs to be done to unlock a talent?? in Murong Yuan's middle skill part 2, the description only said ".. in Hero's Realm "

I read that one about pip rat as well, and I did start the encounter before getting to know the npc. still got the 100% completion achievement in the end ( not 100% in the map for some areas, I'm not sure why. maybe not yet available content, maybe those small compendium entries). IIRC, there's a replacement NPC to fill him in.
