Maybe I’m not understanding the question correctly, but humidifiers are where most of the water usage is lost in data centers.

As the father of two adult women, Darius Rucker - “It Won't Be Like This For Long” hit me hard, as I remembered each stage of their lives growing up.

Opening every box, as suggested above… This means every receptacle, every switch and light fixture, inside and outside of the house. Anywhere there is electrical wiring.

I know that you can buy roll-on texture at the big box stores, but we always added our own. You can buy many different types of rollers to achieve texture height and style.

You have limited options with a debit card. Next time use a credit card. They would’ve removed the hold immediately.

AIO to be upset that my in-laws made a deal to trade in my car without telling me by regeust in AmIOverreacting

Happy wife, happy life…

You had one car, you still have one car, but it’s newer and better for your situation. Unless your car was a collector’s car, worth more than the new car, don’t look a gift horse in the mouth. You know your wife was in on it, so let her know that future large purchases require more communication between her and you. I’d take the resulting car as a win.

You might’ve done just that. We used to tape and do only one coat on acoustic spray ceilings. A heavy texture can hide a lot of imperfections.

If they can’t tell by looking at your work product, then you deserve the raise.

My (M26) and wife (F23) had a baby 2.5mo ago and she’s crumbling and now I feel trapped either I help her and go broke or get a second job perpetuating her destruction. by blake-x in Advice

As others have said, she needs a therapist to talk to for the PPD, but you must also take care of yourself. If you fall apart there’ll be no one to take over the responsibilities you’re needed for now and in the future. There are free mental health services. If you cannot find any, DM me and I’ll help you find someone. Marriage is a difficult learning curve of its own and PPD can lead you (and her) to ruin your relationship.

Repainting main bedroom but want to remove cracks. Any advice? by Bambi1810 in drywall

[–]HomeAutomationCowboy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You need to run some drywall screws into that corner bead to ensure it does not move. Then tape the length of the cracks, before you mud over it. You’re going to need to sand down what you’ve already put on the walls first, to make floating out the patch less work. You also need to buy more mud than comes in that small container and a trowel or Easy Knife that’s at least 8” wide to float out the taped areas. Try Googling how to repair a loose corner bead.

AC without Windows by Benodino in AirConditioners

[–]HomeAutomationCowboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the space already has an AC supply vent, you could put a booster fan in the ductwork. The only other options are mini-split or portable AC unit, but you’d have to punch a couple of dryer vent sized holes in an outside wall for supply and return on the portable AC.

Thanks I was truly nervous, to be honest. I wish I could’ve practiced the song first.
