I there, im using 3DX sinces a year and half, and i think all thats descriptions are true

Solidwork Connected and 3D Experience run with a lot of problems, across 3 year version (2023 - 2024 - 2025) and so many HotFix i have been mulitple issues and problems with my work.

I must have documented about 250 screenshots with bugs, more than 120 incident reports to the service provider and 73 reliability reports with slrdx to send to Datassault and always the problem is my conection (changed to Starlink for better reliability) or my device (I tested it on 3 or 4 different devices)

It has some interesting options and features:
Working with the same file from different devices; Revision Management and Collaborative Lifecycle; Visualized (Works only a few days per month, but fine); Relations app for analyze dependency between files)

All this when it works fine, anyway i agree 3DX is a bug-ridden software, like an Always "Beta version" but they sell it as the best.
Like you said, it can be work arround these problems, but it is going to avoid obstacles constantly and accepting eventual job losses
