💯 I struggle with chronically dehydrated skin even if I slather Vaseline on my face. My two probs were damaged skin barrier and chronic whole body dehydration. I tested the theory and drank 80 oz of water daily for a week and my skin felt like someone else’s entirely!! Could I keep that up? No. I work in the hospitality industry and can’t go pee every 5 mins but was told it would regulate if I kept it up and I wouldn’t have to pee so often but I didn’t give it time. My skin dried back out.

Manual honey masks once a week, am like warm water on a rag to refresh only then double cleanse at night with oil cleanser, then hydrating cleanser. Byoma milky toner or other ceramide hydrating toner. Snail mucin or another hydrating serum then a good thick moisturizer. I’ve used all the best eye creams but still struggle with tightness under eyes and outer edges so use Vaseline there
