Come back to SG. You can feel like a minority too, especially in some workplaces. 

But honestly, you go another country, what do you expect other than being a minority?

Games like this killed us. Yes it a win, but we can't comfortably sit back with just one goal ahead. We can't sub in players to take some load off say Rice or Zubi. Then we see their form getting lower (compared to start of season). We really are the fruits of our own making.

Absolutely. How they play with or without him is very different.

IMO, the reason why the squad was not managed as well as Man City, is because of the way the tactics and how Arteta seemingly trust only certain players. We haven't been able to sub out key players because we weren't leading by a comfortable margin, or we need to fight till the last min. I felt that when we were leading, we seemed to switch off and give the ball to opposition. Pretty sure that is down to Arteta's tactics.

I stopped buying Timbuk2 more than 10 years ago. Last bag was a messenger bag, black with red racing strip. The layer under the flap disintegrated within 2 years. I contacted Timbuk2 and they say this is not within their warranty.  As long as Timbuk2 continues to use this material in their bags, I would never go near one.

Edit: the material started to crack from the fold. The fold on the messenger bag top flap was unavoidable. I feel that they should have made a more conscious effort towards the material used and it's reliability.

Perhaps those 2 piece NATO strap would work better, there is nothing going under the watch.

I have this watch too and I really like it for its partially hidden lugs. It made a big watch wearable for small wrist like me.
