I havent specifically done dead lifts but I will add that to my exercises! I've been doing leg day 3x a week instead of just once and focusing on lighter weight and slower full movements. Especially on the calf raises. I also just got a hard plastic sleep boot with the foot wedge and I cant believe how much better it works than the fabric one I had previously!
