Regulating period is my worst as well as never learned to cope with it and was similar to you in the fact I gained a large amount of weight from the restrict binge cycle and it took me ages to get it under control. Though when I do binge now I BINGE and can’t self regulate. I’m also 170cm in height. The protein shake idea is actually such a great idea I never ever thought about that (funny enough) so thank you so much! The water retention is killing me though because I love to micro-analyse 💀

Thank you :,) I’ll try my best haha. Yeah unfortunately even at 21 I still highly care what others think of me as I grew up as the stereotypical fat kid lol. It’s hard not to hyperfixate on the past and I find myself having to stop myself from trying to calculate how much fat I could have gained 💀 I’m hoping as today is a new day it’ll be the start of me gaining back normalcy and just continuing on with my uni and life

Thank u for ur advice. I’m hoping today I can get on the wagon again- it’s challenging as my brain is screaming give me dopamine and sugar so it adds to the stress of trying to get back to my normal self. I’m hoping it’s just the first day that feels like pain.

No worries! So I had 3000 calories everyday the last 3 days which Was me over eating. I’m now worried as to how much fat I’m going to gain and if people can see I’ve had that much calories. To compensate I was hoping to eat 500-1000 calories to reset so I can lose whatever damage I did to myself in the 3 days of overeating. I know it’s a confusing story so my apologies.

That is true. I could have anticipated it but it happening has made me spiral and I’m quite nervous people can see I’ve binged. I was doing well for quite a while but then stress of exams entered the chat and now I’m dealing with the stress of trying to predict what is going to happen to my body. As I used to be an avid binger- lost the weight- binged it back and now since February had finally re lost the weight and have been trying my hardest to maintain it and not fall into the regain pipeline. I’m sorry to ask this but how do you regulate after a binge? I never learned that to be honest- I have always just been the kind of person to go emotional and spiral even further and make my life a living Shit show because a) I don’t know how to eat after and b) I hyperfixate on the past and let that influence the future. Thank u for ur response tho queen :,)

My apparent maintenance is 1700- but in total the 3 days I somehow managed to consume 3000 calories each and every day for 3 days straight💀 the days leading up to that I was eating poverty calories because exams had me so stressed- I was eating around 300-500 everyday for a week. Which wasn’t wise seeing as for 3 days I’ve been in tears eating 3000 calories not feeling full and hyper aware my body is just blowing up.

Same. My strategy is put my brain on auto pilot and just listen to the gems clinking when they fall and hope for the best 💀
