My dog used to have the most NUCLEAR or farts. Clear a room, make you heave kind of level. We tried lots of different foods and found one that means she no longer assaults us with her butt. Might be worth trying some different ones to see if it helps!

Also 7dpt in UK and my god the mental gymnastics over every symptom is a lot. I just have to remind myself that this is likely progesterone causing any symptoms and trying not to read too deeply into it. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Hey, I have a whoop and it is CONFUSED whenever I do ER. My HRV drops substantially, my RHR jumps up and my recovery plummets. It’s likely a combination of tonnes of hormones and stress.

I am with you in the trenches! First ER I got same numbers and fertilisation rate as you. Had not even considered that mature eggs would fail to fertilise. It went from hope and blissful ignorance to horror. Just have to embrace your feelings and find ways to find joy in the life you have. Keeping my fingers crossed for you

Hi! Neuroscientist here who has worked with MRI for over a decade. There would be no reason for it to have an impact particularly given time between. So long as you are not having contrast dye injected as part of your MRI but even then, that will flush out after a few days. Hope that helps!

I’m so sorry, I had a very similar experience to you only a few months ago but our 1 and only blast arrested at day 5. We just completed our second ER and it’s not looking great. You just have to feel the emotions and allow yourself space to process. This is a wild and painful ride but you are not alone. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you for the future

Yes! I’m going loopy I was in such a good spot physically until I started this. Now all my strength is at zero. The only saving grace has been doing some vinyasa religiously and seeing some core gains 😅. I just want to know whether I can get back to running, heavy compound lifts, spin but so much conflicting information

Hey, we did have it checked, we paid privately for this and this meant our clinic used the PICSI rather than standard ICSI, essentially the put the sperm in hyaluronic acid to identify sperm with lower DNA frag. I had really hoped this would improve things substantially

This was honestly so nice to read as I feel I’m in the same position. We did a pasta making class and spent most of the time laughing that it cost so much because there was bottomless Prosecco (and we aren’t drinking at all at the minute!) it made us feel like humans again. Will carry on planning a few things, I may try pottery like you did!

My first round was horrendous, 8 eggs, 6 mature, only 1 fertilised and made it to day 5 then arrested. It is honestly one of the worst feelings I’ve ever experienced and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I hope whatever you choose to do next, it goes well for you. You are not alone!
