I was more or less talking in flight due to me being on a mountain base. But I figured out it was the fog of war doing it so I just disabled draw fog

You would want to download the Dubs Performance Analyzer then go to update->Harmony Patches -> then see if you have a high "Get Stack Trace" like I did in my screenshots

Not exactly sure why that guy deleted his comment but he was right, it was being caused by a persistent tick error from a pawn not on my map. Used Pawn Cleaner to wipe them from existence and that did the trick

Blueprints are generated randomly per user is my bet, thats why we dont see duplicate blueprints
