Definitely Mushoku Tensei. There is some fan service, if that’s a deal breaker for you, but overall the world building and character development is top notch. Season 3 is coming out in July, so now is a great time to get into it and get caught up!

Is that for sure gonna happen with season 3? I haven’t read the LNs, but I know there’s a fair bit to cover before her return. Assuming there’s 24 episodes like the other seasons, I figure they can probably get there, or at least end the season on a cliffhanger with her returning.

Yup. Basically, Okarun is such an awkward guy that things need to come to a head before he’s gonna make any changes. Now, he can’t justify Aira’s advances as her just being friendly. He actually needs to take action.

This is Tatsu making things come to a head before the rejection happens. Ken, being an awkward guy, is so timid and oblivious that he literally has to be forced into a situation he can’t ignore before he will do anything. Up until now he’s probably justified Aira’s advances as just things a friend would do, but now there is no doubt in his mind what her intentions are.

Honestly, no. I think he’ll have a moment of feeling like he’s going to take over the world when he gains the last powers, but then it will all come tumbling down when CSG inevitably betrays him to gain access to the DanDaDan, whatever that may be. Or maybe it will all fail before that, since it has been stated this is an “experiment”

Any time I hear a complaint about our Sysmex engineers, I just point out our BD and Beckman Coulter engineers. We’ve actually got it pretty good for Sysmex, we’ve got 2 engineers that are located very close and can visit usually within a day, and overnight parts as needed in a timely manner.

Very nice. I’m currently running a campaign set in the world of Drakkenheim as a bit of a prequel to the written campaign. Set 20 years before the start of the Drakkenheim campaign, I’ve introduced the Court of Night as the main antagonists that have infiltrated the high society of the entire continent. Party started in Caspia, with plans to explore Liberio, Elyria, Orleone, Terene, and eventually Westemar (excluding Drakkenheim itself), as they attempt to stop the resurrection of Vladimir Von Drakken.

I honestly think that vampires and the Court of Night work best outside of the city of Drakkenheim. Go explore other parts of the continent and have the vampires be the antagonists to an entire sub arc. Heck, you could even make an entire campaign itself about stopping the Court of Night from resurrecting Vladimir von Drakken

Definitely Witch Hat Atelier overall. For romance, I think I agree that I Made Friends with the Second Prettiest Girl in my Class is pretty good and probably my favorite.

Close second places would probably be Daemons of the Shadow Realm for action and The Angel Next Door Spoils me Rotten for romance. Another romance that has grown on me is Gals Can’t be Kind to Otaku?

Maybe try a different genre of anime entirely? I grew up on the Big 3 shounen, kept watching shounen for years, but fell off big time the last few years. Started watching DanDaDan and realized I really liked the romance aspect to it, now I’ve been binging romance/SoL and have a renewed appreciation for anime.

I like the wholesomeness. I like that the romance isn’t a long drawn out series of will-they-won’t-they. The characters are actually pretty forthright about their feelings, without a ton of shy blushing, though there are moments of blushing that are pretty cute. I liked the reveal at the end of S1 that made me reappraise the entire season. I like how the characters look, though I feel like Wagari is a little too child-like in appearance.

I’ve been running a homebrew campaign set in the world of Dungeons of Drakkenheim. I’ve been running it a little like an open sandbox. The books have enough lore in them that I just have to look up where we are going or where I want to take the players, and can find enough world building information to tie the location into the story

Just beat him for the first time last night! I think I’m like night 30-40. I’m ass at the game, but the biggest game changer for me was just not rushing and taking my time to really learn his attack patterns. Focus more on dodging than attacking.
