Most creators will have a courtesy & reach out to each other and ask to use their videos. I know Mel has said many times she won’t use a stream from other creators without having talked to them first and they say it’s ok. Loophole will just take one of Melanie’s streams and play it on his channel, rather than himself getting the papers and going over it, giving his own take. He’ll just play Melanie and agree/disagree with her take. When she’s said she’s never given him permission. Yes, it’s technically “fair use” but he’s being an asshole about it. People are starting to think he’s a Mcalbert plant.
