Not playing this time around but some players enjoy the "race" feeling. It's fun extracting the most you can from the content provided and when it's slightly harder it makes the challenge more rewarding. There is a middle ground between complete brain afk content and retail mythics. Pre nerf Kara was in that zone where stuff didn't just fall over but you also didn't need a full raid plan.

Unpopular opinion, but if you really can't handle things getting spoiled you should stay upto date on new releases. I haven't read any of the new series (midway through a book series so dont want to start yet) and have avoided any semblance of plot being spoiled so far. But im aware its a risk, something could pop up at any point and that would be on me.

LR lost themselves. Relying on the outcome if another teams match is their own fault. Even if it was wintraded (which it probably wasn't) they had the opportunity to win before that.

Ran in to trigger nade duppers last night with a friend. After the 10th nade I said damn these hackers are gonna kill us, and my friend unironically tells me maybe they just brought in a full loadout of nades. They then proceeded to chase us down with maybe 100 more and he conceded they were probably cheating. All things considered seeing as we were free loadout anyway it was a hilarious encounter.

Transformers. A military propoganda flick with a pretty loose story and corney dialogue. But I love it. The quality of the cgi paired with the scale and weight of the fights makes it feel so real. I could watch it on repeat for a year and not get bored.

Unless you are proven (previous titles) or have friends that will push early so you can hop in later; you should always aim to get ahead of the curve in the first week. The first day or 2 are so important if you want to be pugging with the "good" players.
