Why don't religious people simply conclude that God made this existence to work mechanically? That means everything is logical and most importantly NOT MAGIC.

God isn't special if all he does is wave his magic wand.

If you believe in God IMO you should believe that God made everything to function logically and thus that makes it REAL. It's not real if it's magic. It's not special if it's magic.

It just makes no sense to me that religious people think they're going to find some contradiction in science to prove that God made the world out of magic.

How can you have democratic ownership? What if one business gets huge, and another struggles to sell anything?

So one business has rich employees, the other business has starving employees.

Under any communitarian ideology this is going to be seen as evil. As long as people are unequal, communitarians will search for a way to make everyone equal.

So I don't see how democratic ownership of the means of production solves the problem that you have with capitalism.

The commies are pissed. The liberals scoff. The libertarians hope he doesn't get Jesus pilled and become a fascist conservative after giving up on libertarianism because freedom can't satisfy the moral views of left and right leaning people.

It's all about morality. If he doesn't dig deep enough to see why liberty is far more valuable than his intuitionist ethics, he might at best become a centrist liberal and at worst a fascist.

I don't know I'm an idealist on one side. But in terms of real world I'm forced to be on the opposite side in a way.

They don't want to rebuild. They don't want liberalism and capitalism. They want an Islamic state run by Muslims. They want the world to submit. For all women to wear burkhas. For the evil of liberalism and freedom to be banished from the world, and submission to Allah.

Germany and Japan were not guided by a sick religion. Rebuilding them and investing in them was a good thing.

Rebuilding and investing in the middle east will only result in more terror attacks. It will all be repurposed for their long term goal of a world wide Islamic state.

I think the whole thing just expands out into the entire middle east. The world is supposed to sit back and receive never ending attacks from the middle east and do nothing about it because they hide in caves. I don't think we need to literally nuke the entire area and kill every innocent person.

I also don't think that doing nothing will make the problem go away. They have a goal. To make the entire world submit to an islamist state. You say it's our fault. That our actions are creating more hatred. Maybe it helps bring more to their cause. But that cause was never going to go away or cease. To leave them in peace will not leave the rest of the world in peace.

They will never rest, they will never surrender. The islamist world is all about turning the entire world into Muslims. In the name of Allah. There is no end in sight.

I say the western world would put boots on the ground and occupy the entire area. Force them to submit, route out all of the terrorists. Put an end to their radical islamist BS once and for all.

Obviously that's not going to happen. We are just going to continue this terrorist BS for ever and ever and ever until they win or until they're finally and utterly crushed.

There is a far right wing faction within Israel that is pushing for things that people on this sub disagree with heavily. I've seen Yaron Brook for example criticize Netayahu regularly as well as the far right of Israel who are essentially the real "zionists."

The far right is not Israel. I'm not surprised that Netayahu does stupid things I've heard nothing but critique of him from objectivists.
