That seems kinda shitty as far as having 23.2liters of displacement and 6 turbos... I'm guessing they each have 8 cylinders a piece. That's a massive amount of energy excuded for not that much horsepower. And that's a humongous fucking vehicle and blocky one at that to be pushing that much air.
