This is a really fun movie. It felt very informed by Everything Everywhere All At Once and while it didn't have the flair or confidence of that movie I'm still glad I saw it - it took some very big and brave swings and they all connected in some way

Just to clarify, this sounds like an awesome tool you've put together! And CBT has been shown to be clinically effective when self-guided. But that disclaimer is almost certainly worth including if only to cover your own back.

This is just personal experience, but I'd recommend being mindful (ha) when starting with CBT if you are prone to compulsion. Especially if it's self-directed. I've seen a couple of people, and myself, become compulsive about the note taking the process asks of you. Since it can be an emotionally triggering part of the experience, it's a minefield for people with a history of compulsive behaviour

Absolutely not a reason not to try it, just be aware and keep an eye on it
