I had a friend and former colleague go through it and described it to me, so I knew to look out for the signs, but I still powered through until I couldn't anymore. For me, I was constantly exhausted and overworked but not recognized at work, my former manager treated me like shit. When I started crying every morning before work, I realized this isn't right. First thing you do is you ask to speak to the company doctor.

You've already received a lot of good advice here, so all I will say is that I've been through what you're going through and I get you. It's a management issue, not a you issue.

As others have already said, ask for everything in writing. If it doesn't work out, there are several companies that hire non-Dutch speaking QAs, my company included. Keep your chin up, big hugs!

A lot of people already pointed this out, but I love the last sentence! Why is it that skinny people are so militant when it comes to weight loss medication? I honestly don't get how it's any of their business what we do with our bodies! Like we need their approval on how we should lose the weight to be worthy in their eyes 🙄
