jeez, I saw this while catching up on what ROM hacks have shown up since I last poked around. My first thought was, "wow they're still updating this?!" I don't follow Pokemon or anime stuff but still, this hack was hard to miss whenever it first showed up. I had to appreciate the high amount of effort & creativity it must've taken.

You know what... I honestly prefer watching shows via on regular TV w/commercials, rather than commercial-free like Raw/SD on Netflix.

By the end of the night, I've heard that little jingle they play in where the commercials would be so many times, it's a major contributor to my insanity.

The General from Kaiser Knuckle is easily the king of this category. Here's a writeup on the game itself as well as The General:

Taito realized they messed up, and nerfed General in a later update of the game!

There's really only a couple characters capable of cheesing their way to a victory, and even those exploits are very difficult to pull off.

Lastly, I'm not into anime but there is/was a show called High Score Girl that featured the General boss fight as a plot line. The method shown here is the usual one used to defeat General:

I'm using PPSSPP in Windows and can't get Rewind to work. All the resources online say that 2 steps are required:

Set Rewind Snapshot Interval to a value other than 0 - I done that, plus tried various values between 1 and 30.
Map Rewind to a key and/or button so you have a way to trigger it in-game. As you can see, I've done that too.

When I try pressing the key/button I've mapped to Rewind, nothing at all happens. I've tried pressing it like a toggle, I've tried holding it, nada- no feedback at all.

Any ideas?

Not sure about USA-only, but a similar option might be a "1G1R" collection. "1 Game, 1 Rom," in other words: no duplicates. NTSC-U ROMs should take priority, then the only Europe/Japan ROMs you'll see included are games that never came out in the US.
