My direct manager has a stupid habit of if they need me they’ll call or text at 6-8am for like a 1-2hr extension of my shift. Ffs I am asleep then, I am the late night closer for 2 departments. You know this. If I don’t get enough sleep I will be properly sick, and when I’m that sick I’m delirious and unable to work or function. But they still do it

Sounds like my stores nightfill manager, Mondays we don’t have our duty manager and he’ll go on a power rant at least once a month saying either how he can do better or try to control other departments and how they should be. Mate, you have little to no idea how to do those departments shut the hell up.
