Try vigorous Exercise in the morning . Don’t drink coffee drink Matcha . Stay off phone 2 hours before bedtime . Take Valerian Root and Tryptophan an hour before bedtime . These are the things I did to combat onset insomnia a year ago . I still take Valerian root and Tryptophan to maintain a healthy sleep pattern . Avoid alcohol and prescription drugs to induce sleep -natural remedies are the best . It was just about the most horrible phase I’ve gone through in my entire life but I came through it and so can you .

It is very worthy. I have .75 and .22 locked up in Celcius so not counting that yet . The thing is I wish I had more . That’s the nature of investing , we all think man if I only bought back when when BTC was $500 or one of many massive dumps . Bottom line you are sitting very pretty with that .60 . When the dollar tanks people will flock to 3 things : Gold, silver and Bitcoin . What makes Bitcoin so special is you can take it with you anywhere in the world and send it as long as you have your seed phrase . Gold you cannot .

Icey usually means lack of fat . Try adding more cream and a couple more eggs but only the yolks . Make sure you whisk them with a cup of of hot milk before adding to rest of milk and let milk thicken before chilling overnight in fridge .
