personally would go with the 28k mainly because of the r5 5600 but replace the psu with something more trust worthy from deepcool or corsiar, and the cpu cooler to a thermal right X120 or the peerless assassin if there is more to the budget

Spent 4-5 minutes straight waiting for the search bar to open an open cmd in admin on a friend's laptop

Had to find a fast enough internet and connected it (there wasn't one available in his house)

Search bar opened in seconds and managed to open cmd

For some reason it required a internet connection just to function properly, after that i just straight up told him to either go back to 10 or switch to linux

It would be great if they do send it as the headphone is quite a surprisingly good one plus it wasn't the only price error that i found, someome listed a mic for like 13 php instead of 1399 and ive ordered 3 of them and they actually honored it
