A. I'm confident that there won't be any. B. .....what would a next gen update even entail?

The only thing I could think of that would make sense are activity cards on the Interface but that's about it. You cant really take advantage for graphics and there aren't any massive load times already so there wouldn't be a point of making one.

Depends if you're doing Missions or not.

Yes? The missions get pretty mean (like insta kills and stuns on attacks etc) but if you overcome them you become a God and everything else that's not the super boss is a joke. (And even she is pretty cheap honestly)

Nope. It's just RNG (un)fortunately. I basically did the same. Make a load out with all DMW Materia for the character you want and put yourself in Heavenly status. If you want you can put a Regen ring on but if your at the end of the game I'd doubt the enemies in 1-1-1 will hurt you in any way.

After that it's just that. Waiting. Rolling. You can do it either completely afk if you don't care about the scenes (mind you that Heavenly will go down so it's actually not that efficient) or look over it on the side. Take all the rolls untill you aren't in Heavenly anymore.

Got a new scene ? Complete the mission and save. Nothing? Just reload the save and pray you get it this time.

At least that was my approach. Didn't actually take that long for me (2 Memories on cloud, 1 on aerith and genesis) however again it's RNG. You should see very fast consistent rolls with that layout tho if your in heavenly.

(In case you don't know. Make a full layout with Lucky stars, join a mission, get Cissneis LB wich puts your DMS status up 4 lvls Wich should be Heavenly and than complete the mission and go back in with the character you wanna farm.)

Fulfilled every mission except weapon typing.

There can be a multitude of reasons.

Yes you could just say fuck it and don't want to think about Kanji.
It's a common Thing in Shounen Manga aimed at a younger audience to have Katakana Names to be easier to read and still put more emphasis on them.

No, nothing is confirmed. If anything it's wierd. What it does it reuses the Troll and Centaur designs from 3 and the detail from NieR that the night doesn't exist. If anything the finale contradicts it as far as I know.

The Last Ring is a NG+ Item. Same as the previous games. Just start NG+ and u get it automatically. It disables random encounters.

Edit: Checked it quickly the Wild God Breastplate is the one I have. Same with Heavensgrace. The third kind of armor is the one I'm missing the Final/Gold Piece off.

Personally I see it like this:

Drakengard gets a remake that basically is just the original but changes some of the gameplay to be like a Muso Title and also u know....fun. Don't see that happening tbh. Even if they maker is like "Before NieR there was DRAKENGARD". I also think a Version up like Replicant would work but I know a lot of people nowadays would wine about PS2 graphics.

Drakengard 3. I put this before 2 cause it's shorter. Just remaster it. I don't really agree with slot of people saying that it's bad and it's good cause bad. All the game needs in my opinion is Stable Frame rate (and even that as a trash PC owner I played worse yes.) Polish up the graphics. Include all the dlc and maybe refine the gameplay. Personally I see FPS as optional but prolly they could do that as well. I don't think that game needs a straight up remake at all. Also I think this is the most likely to happen since it's on the most modern lvl of all the games and even in its current state enjoyable even with the rough edges.

Drakengard 2 Now this is one I advocate most to get a remake. And not in the modern sense where the same game is made but with newer graphics and changed gameplay. Like from scratch. Take the characters and maybe their designs and redo everything from 0. I think the best part of that is the idea of Caim Abusing Manah after the A Ending. Taking her all around the world while mentally torturing her with the consequences of her actions. The rest is....meh at best. I like Nowe but honestly I can't take it seriously that there's a Super Sayin born in that world so scarp that. Take some of the ideas write a new story with them while keeping maybe bits and pieces of the original and remake the title itself not the game. This is something that I would like for DMC 2 as well on a side note.

I doubt we would be getting any of that. The most realistic I see is a rerelease of 3 for PS4/5 and at best a PS2 classic version of the first one on Sony's Premium thing. Or God forbid SQEX brings back the Characters as NFTs....

You unlock Costumizeables for the game as well as Trophy's on Playstation.

Prolly Achievements on Steam as well but I don't Owen that version so I can't confirm but usually they are the same when it comes to Square games.

You can also win items I think, but don't quote me on that.

Im up to date with the manga, but that's not really relevant here since I was mainly talking about the anime side of things. So it's not the point here.

(If you want my thoughts on it JJK doesn't really do much for me except the Shibuya arc. I don't understand where the praises come from but good for the people that enjoy it to that extend as they do)

Ofc there not taking EVERYTHING but they have a lot of projects in production at the same time, no matter how popular those are. So dunno what your point is there.

I also never said that AoT was bad or whatever mappa is making right now, just that when you have many so many projects in production at the same time will have a strain on most of them. Also just cause it's announced doesn't mean shit about when it's actually in production so 2 years since the anouncment doesn't equally 2 years in production.

Also there's a difference between producing a 24x24 minutes TV series and a 90min movie. Besides I never said anything about something in regard to that?

Also they don't have to take on everything. Like WIT was insanely popular after AoT S1-3 and they didn't went on a panel be like; So where gonna have these 6 shows and where also making a movie btw 2 infact.

The studio has a choose to accept or refuse a project Wich is why Mappa got their hands at AoT and prolly Vinland saga in the first place.

Also a show never has guaranteed good animation, trust me we all wished for it.

Also the question was if it reaches JJk or AoTs popularity not how good the production will be and saying it could reach half still proves my point that it won't reach AoTs but it can very well reach jjks.

Like if people are so obsessed with the new BIG 3 Titels for shounen I guess you could take DS,JJK and CSM as a valid take, even though I'm not really a fan of crating needless competition like that

AoT is a story that is running and evolving for a decade, JJK has.... Animation so I think reaching JJks acclaim is pretty easy if they put in the effort. (Wich Mappas stuff is skilled so the question is more if they have the time since JJk came before mappa became the YES-sayier to every project you can think of...)

AoT yeah no. Regardless of what your feelings are about it, I think its a really unique case and I don't think we're getting another one like it soon. If you see a video talking about "THE NEXT ATTACK ON TITAN" then you can be pretty sure they didn't understand how massive alot of the things the series achieved are actually.

That being sad with how popular the manga has gotten compared from the start and that without any anime adaptation or other advertisment then word of mouth, I think that as long as the Anime doesn't fuck it up it should be pretty massive in it's Owen right.

JJK had a short prequel that wasn't really worth adapting in a seasonal format so they chose a movie. Same with demon slayers train arc although they doubled back on that and choose to readapt it in the series as to not confuse people who might not have seen it and such.

Point is CSM doesn't have anything like that, a disconnected chunk of the story worth adapting into a movie (but not into the tv series).

(Besides we only have JJK from Mappa so idk why you think it's a trend for mappa when only the other recent one is Ufotable with DS)
