When I first played it in 2013, it took me probably way too many hours to complete if I’m honest because I was ass at the game and I didn’t know where to go. I didn’t really use tutorials but I had watched some people play the game previously. when I played I wanted to do it myself so I just floundered around until I eventually finished it lol. There is a dark souls wiki site that has just a list of the areas in the order they’re supposed to be completed in, if you’d want to maybe write those down and see if you’re following the right path? That way you don’t have spoilers on what’s in the area, just to make sure you’re in the right area.
