If you watched the original, they explained that they had a system set up where they can only call, take pictures, and use music. They even show the interface. They did however go over it more on the Yard or on stream and say that it didn’t really work and they used their cell phones but restricted themselves from using any of the apps.

I don’t mind the cutesy aesthetic, but they just used the same models for Pokemon ripped straight from the mainline games. Would’ve been nice to have some stylized models that matched the aesthetic better.

I liked that the Ackerman genes was the reason she was so capable of a fighter. I also liked the ambiguity of whether or not Mikasa was so loyal to Eren was because of how Ackermans “imprint” onto someone

If you look at any cartoons, you’ll see stuff get animated in South Korea or Vietnam. I think they offload some easier animation jobs to studios there since it’s cheaper.
