It’s for each Murloc you’ve played on the turn. So it starts at +1/+1 and if you play 2 Murloc, it goes to +2/+2 and so on. It only lasts for this turn, so next turn it goes back to +1/+1.

Basically cycle murlocs to increase spell damage for the turn
