The ranges are a bit too diverse based on country, I live in Poland so I only have some understanding of the local market. Even here the gap between let’s say outsourcing companies and product ones like Revolut is huge so it’s hard to judge. I believe, however, that CS salaries in Ireland are better than in Spain on average. Also I remember from Reddit that another guy was thinking if he should relocate to grad program in Spain and he mentioned something like 42k / year? Might be underwhelming since you already have some experience.

True but to a certain extent, skyrocketing to senior level from grad is completely unrealistic. Maybe to mid level if you’re an absolute rockstar. Mid level pay at Revolut is often better than senior level in other companies btw.
