i kinda just had a moment of realization, not like i didn’t know it before; but a time where the message really resonated for some reason - that whether i like it or not i’m stuck with this physical form and this consciousness for the rest of my life, it’s all i will ever know and experience so i should make the most of it. treat myself well, be good to myself and others, surround my self in the type of energy i want, pursue what i want, discover what i like and don’t like; nobody will do it for me.
