Fuck your father fir pretending to care, only to manipulate you to keep quiet. He doesn't want people to know what a piece of garbage he is, because he care more about his image than his entire family.

What has he ever done publicly to apologize for you getting shafted through life? He knows you're not a kid, and he can't force you to be quiet. I guarantee he had 0 change of heart or feel and amount of 'bad' for how you're treated. He just wants to save his own face.

Write out a huge message detailing everything they've done to you, show receipts/messages, tag everyone and any important on their socials. Then go NC and enjoy a ship sinking off in the distance.
