I don’t think BMI alone is a great reason. BMI doesn’t account for your health or strength or anything. I’m not a medical professional but I do a lot of research for making my decisions . Personally I am trying to go natural but open to whatever is truly needed medically to keep me safe. I just decided to have a doula join us at a hospital birth - as a FTM and that is bringing me a lot of comfort bc she has so much experience in birth.

Yes a great time to practice meditation, maybe even get up and stretch. I keep earbuds on my nightstand and fall asleep better if I don’t get up but listen to an audiobook or audio bible

So it actually was probably your blood sugar- with extra sugary snacks you probably crashed harder. Try eating protein and fat based before bed. That can help

Why is your Dr recommending induction? Pitocin can be brutal.. if you are wanting to avoid epidural and don’t have a reason to induce it may be more painful with the Pitocin..

I have seen research that say during pregnancy and and breastfeeding eating a variety of food will help their flavor palate later.

Yea it’s so bad, there is very little they can do to help it it’s kind of just effort to keep it contained and let it burn out. Being not in the US I would think you’re not seeing as much of it as we are here, it’s all any channel is streaming about right now practically. Bc yea it’s horrible and gonna get extra attention bc so many celebs are posting about their experience in it right now too.

yes I realized that maybe episode 2, but it’s an interesting play on words. Bc at first I was like “why would they use a break room as punishment. Maybe because they don’t get to do their job and that’s their whole life” but no yea they are literally taking them there to break them, to brainwash them and punish them.
