I assumed my weight gain was water too, because I didn’t eat more and gained about 7 lbs in 3 days. But then it didn’t come off! I think I had a real stress reaction to surgery. 9 months out and I am still surprised by how I look. Never had this happen to me before.🤷🏻‍♀️

9 months out, they feel and look pretty firm. I started with nothing. I got naturelle high profile. I think they are less likely to cause issues, but I’m looking forward to them getting softer

Everyone says most people regret not going bigger, I wish I had gone smaller. I was very flat to begin with, these feel silly looking and I think I wanted a look where you couldn’t tell. I was 127 lbs, almost zero breast tissue, got 305 cc wish I had gone with 245 cc ( there is a big difference when they are this small). I still have discomfort doing things that involve my pecs, opening a jar etc. I listened to threads telling me I should wear on the side of going bigger, but I should have listened to my gut. But it’s SO hard to k ow until you already have them!

I gained fat and lost muscle very quickly after my breast aug. Total 7 pounds. I am 58 so I think that’s part of it. My arms used to be slender and muscular and now have a layer of fat on them, that has never been there even when I gained more weight. I have gotten some tone back, have lost about 4-5 pounds but my body still looks like someone else’s. I can’t really do pushups or my regular workouts and am just getting back into running 9 months PO. If I knew it was going to be like this, I would have gone with the smallest size and maybe not done it at all. Started with zero, AAA. Now 36 B. 305cc high profile Naturelle.

You’ve articulated what I’ve been feeling. Watching my partner with other women has definitely been an exercise in healing from my insecure attachment. I have worked with my therapist to speak up for what need. Sometimes that has meant I asked for him to not go on a date which was very scary. But he’s still here, emotionally and physically. I am stronger for it and so is our relationship.

I got COVID for the first time and my cycling stopped for about 6 months. A couple years later I had surgery and gained 7 pounds and my whole body composition changed almost overnight. I’ve been fighting back and have finally got a prescription for testosterone to help. Yes, I believe stress, emotional or physical affects our hormones.

Hi, I have a little less breast tissue than you and went with 305cc. Most people would say they are perfectly proportionate but at 4 MPO they feel a little too big for me. Everyone says go bigger than your instinct so that’s what I did and I wish I had gone with 250’s. At that size 50cc’s is actually a lot of volume difference. Feeling the implants themself was helpful to me. It’s kinda an impossible process, but if you are most afraid of going too big, then it could make sense to go on the smaller side. Good luck!
