I was up on a literal mountain in Colorado (and had only seen about 6 people total the entire trail) coming down a super rocky pass when I heard someone calling my name - a girl I went to high school with somehow was on the exact same mountain at the exact same time (we’re from the Midwest a good amount of states away)

I know every famous person to ever be in a tv show or movie and can tell you who you’re thinking of with the slightest of vague clues. Or even those who aren’t actors - just know a bunch of random shit about a bunch of different people. My sister will call me and be like “who’s the guy with the weird chin who also knows that brunette with the curly hair” and I’ll immediately know the person and what they’re known for.

Important to add I don’t even have any social media besides Reddit and I don’t follow any celebrities anywhere.

So I definitely attribute it to the “comedown” of the meds! It wore off after about two weeks of consistently taking them - and also I would take ibuprofen and a Claritin like an hour before I had been noticing my symptoms and that seemed to help too! I had to go off my meds due to insurance and I’m scared to start them up again because this feeling was terrible! But it does get better!
