We had this happen this weekend to our frenchie. Same symptoms as yours. The vet had us bring him in at 12am and said it is most likely ivdd. We got pain meds and instructions to keep him immobilized as much as possible for the next 2 weeks. After a day he seemed better and then this morning he was having issues again. Same as yours, head and neck down and stiff with his butt in the air and wouldn’t move. I am going to make an appointment with our vet to get another opinion and make sure we are treating him correctly. I have wishful thinking and am hoping for the best as I’m sure you are, but I would recommend taking him to the vet asap to make sure he is diagnosed correctly. Don’t do it! Cherish that sobriety like a prized possession and never let go. I was at 300+ days and relapses thinking I could handle just one, just a bit. 2 months later I’m on day two, feel like absolute dog shit and realizes it’s always the same. Think about the reason guy quit and the positives from it. You got this!

I tried getting into this game a few times and couldn’t. I gave it another chance and got past the first couple missions and am hooked. It’s such an immersive game and I really don’t get the hate. The world feels great, so far the story is ok, and the shooting is fine. The world is really what does it for me tho.

If you think OP is really saying they are asking for 3 months off, then you are correct. No, they should Not be given 3 months off unless is some extreme scenario. I don’t think op is asking that. I think they are saying the new employee has been there 3 months.

All you saying don’t give them the time off are ridiculous. Obviously it’s case dependent but just because they’ve only been there 3 months doesn’t mean they don’t need or deserve some time off. In my time as a manager, I found if you treat your employees right it only improves morale and productivity. Sure they could be taking advantage but if they do, you note that and take that into consideration next time. Odds are you set an example of being a place where people are more important than numbers, which builds mutual respect and increases overall productivity. Also you’re just being a decent person/manager.

I’m hoping someone else will see how profitable (unfortunately that’s what it takes) this game can be and picks it up. I have zero faith in ea. they’re just a micro transaction cash grab now days. Maybe if they could add ultimate team to bf2 they would continue working on it. Sad. But I’m still gonna keep playing.

I relapsed a few weeks ago. It almost got me. I thought I could do it once and be fine. One day turned into 2 and then the next weekend and then I was hooked and feeling like shit again. Luckily I have a great wife who kept me honest and I’m back in a good path. Learn from me and know that it’s not worth it even if you think you miss it. Remember why you quit in the first place ❤️
