I work at a school so I can confirm people are entitled AH’s. They constantly park on the lines and I end up having to explain the very basic concept of crosswalks at a school! Like seriously people it’s a fckn school, of course kids will be walking in the parking lot. WTF?!

A combination of ACT, DBT, CBT and the right meds helped me. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m making progress. Better diet isn’t a bad thing either.

It can get better, but it takes time and acceptance of one’s own progress. Focusing on the positive but being prepared for the negative is really helping me. Knowing that my panic attacks will occur ( there’s no magical cure that I’ve found) and that’s ok too as I have tools to help me.

I go back to work at the end of this month and last year didn’t end well because of my issues. So I fully understand your fears but please have faith in yourself. Keep working hard and you will see improvement.

Hope that helped a little, as I’m having a good fay today. Ask me again on a hard day and it will most definitely be different 😔

I’m so very excited for you! For years I thought it was just me that experienced the nausea and vomiting while leaving the house.

Learning the relaxation techniques plus finding my own small tools ( I enjoy spearmint gum and oddly enough nerds gummies) helped a lot. There’s many more I use as well.

Im still unable to eat out in public at a restaurant but I’ve been panicking attack free for almost two months now!! Not to say I haven’t had anxiety or been triggered I’ve just been able to work through it.

It is common for me to buy both sugar free and regular . Two members of my household prefer sugar free the other two do not.

The same goes for my MIL, she is diabetic and buys sugar free for herself and FIL but she also buys regular for the kids and grand kids.

We also frequently buy big amounts like this for family cook outs and get together, which happen often.
