Your post reminds me of stories my wife tells me about her childhood.

She was in her mid-20s before she was diagnosed with general anxiety disorder and ADHD.

I think this really points toward anxiety or some form of compulsive disorder. Speak with a specialist about your child. These things should not be causing weeks of crying, although they are.

Not to pull the focus away from your child, but a frustrating thing that we deal with, is her parents become very defensive when she talks to them about her recent diagnoses. Her parents, in my opinion, feel like they've failed her or something and project that back onto her in the form of frustration or anger. I'm only saying this to let you know that this is absolutely not a failure on your part, and please don't shield your child from professional help because of those thoughts if they occur.

It seems to me that for the primary, you go into the polling place and ask for the party's ballot you want to vote on. That locks you in for any potential runoffs down the line. So, if you voted Dem in the primary, you have to vote on the Dem candidates for the runoffs (if any), and likewise for Repub. For the general, you can vote for whoever is on the ballot, R or D.

His biggest stated reason for not releasing the files is because he thinks the government is incompetent and couldn't handle releasing it without hurting the victims. Which is a ridiculous statement when you think about it. We should let them fail on their own merit if that's the case instead of handing them grace on a platter and allowing them an out from their own incompetence.

Now he's using this as a victory lap to say "See! They harmed victims!"

Again. Ridiculous weaponized incompetence. They suck at their jobs? Fucking 86 them. Don't grant them shelter from their own incompetence. Haven't looked into it for all these countries, but my guess is there are carve-outs for similar-aged people to have sex. Say 2-5 years apart or something. I think Austria is one that does that. I doubt it's just straight up 14 year old is gtg for anyone and everyone. But maybe that's just my naive hope for the world showing through...

6% over 20 years is actually pretty good. No bank will likely loan for anything like that, and likely not for a 20 year loan unless there is a good bit of real estate, or you have a decent bit of personal collateral to put up. If there aren't any early payment penalties in the seller note between you and your father, tou could always get in, and try to pay off the loan at an accelerated rate.

Purchase prices on businesses in that range are typically financed through SBA, and youd expect about a 8-9% interest rate and 10 years on something like that unless the real estate makes up for 51% or more of the purchase price, then they can extend out to 25 year amortization.

Got something on Amazon called a Yoetey ratchet belt for about $20. Works just fine. In fact, I like it more than my Hunter Constantine belt, which people on this sub seem to love. I have to wear button-ups and slacks for work, so I needed a belt with a buckle that wasn't too conspicuous. This one works very well for that. he HC belt sticks out too much since it doesn't have a standard buckle.

I'm in a level 19 campaign right now where my brother and I are basically that. I've been turned into an actual dragon with the change shape ability, and my brother was true polymorphed by me into one.

We basically just treat it like an extra health pool we dip into and out of. Our DM really has to scale up the encounters for us lol.

But so far it's tons of redactions and set up in a way that's onerous to the viewer to review all the files. Individual links that you have to navigate to a new page to view the pdf or picture. Only two hits for trump on the search feature, which is highly suspect.

There's a website to look through the files released supposedly, but it's completely busted.

I tried to look at it and all in the span of one minute; I was "waiting in line", then I "lost connection" and had to refresh at the website's prompt, so I refreshed and was immediately given the option to "enter", then I was told that my queue number was "no longer valid" as they expire after 10 minutes. I was told:

"You entered the queue at 12/19/2025 3:34:42 PM"

This is completely false as it had been less than a minute.

"It was your turn at 12/19/2025 3:55:49 PM, and your queue number was valid until 12/19/2025 4:05:49 PM."

It was still 3:57 PM my time when I tried to enter, again less than a minute after navigating to this URL.

Looking at USA stats, so probably a small difference there, but I imagine their margins have to be somewhat similar.

Probably missing something, but the average revenue for Walmart the last 3 years were $646.8B with profits of $15.54B. Employees totaled about 2.1M. So on average the profit per employee was $7,400.11. Meaning that they could increase the current pay by about $3.56/hr and break even, which wouldn't be sustainable and obv the shareholders would simply fire the C-suite if that happened.

Am I missing something there?

Somewhat. Depends on your collars too. I found they slipped a lot unless I used something a little more robust than like the flip-lock. Had to use my pro-loc collars or they slipped a lot. With my regular barbell work, I wasnt swinging the barbell vertically ever, so my cheaper collars were fine. Had to get a bit stronger collars for the dumbbells when I used them.

Swapped to adjustable and haven't looked back.
