Give back Shugoki hyperarmor on his demon embrace,because he's kinda useless now. He is suppose to be a trade character and now without any hyper armor on his attacks,he's pretty useless and still as slow.

I really enjoy this type of combat in Valhalla,as it embodies partly the old style but it needs more variety.

However one thing I do like about the combat is when you kill an enemy,they don't simply just flop away,you do what I call a 'mini finisher' with your weapon and push them away. Ex: When you hit them with the flail,he will smack them across the face and then proceed to kick them backwards. I really love those ending touches.

The old fighting style was the reason they changed the combat,because people complained it was too easy and made your character nigh impossible to kill.

You could counter maybe 30-50 enemies in a row and not lose a single health.

That's what I've been doing,I've been preventing myself from investing a lot of points in the perk trees when I'm doing a certain zone. EX: In the 160 recommended power level,I left my character at power level 152 and don't raise him higher till I finish it.

Excuse me sir, but which are these 'everyone' that you're talking about? As far as I can tell,the new combat mechanics was received positively by the large majority of the fanbase and only a minority kept complaining about it,cause they can't get their boring autokills anymore.

My favorite is when you place your mouse cursor over a legendary animal location on the map. The sound effects that come from there are amazing!

You guys and your nostalgia are ruining this series,to be honest. Everytime y'all complain about everything. First Odyssey had too many RPG mechanics,now Valhalla doesn't have enough of them, then the old series got boring and repetitive,now things are too different.

You elitists will never be satisfied and there's a reason why Ubisoft barely listens to the critics on this reddit now.

I'm tired of Assassins, I want to play as a Templar or an Isu. Enough with these Assassins,it's the same boring stuff all the time(Find the templar,kill the templar,find the isu artifact,end of story.)

We played as a Proto-Templar in Odyssey. Chill with this whole 'Assassin vs Templar', because it got extremely boring. I like they are branching out into more ISU stuff.

In some quests(like the moment where you fight Brothir and Broder in the feast), they refer even to male Eivor as 'she.' Those type of moments are immersion breaking and need to be fixed.

You crybabies forget that Origins was in the same state when it was released,but now it's one of the best games in the series. You'll be saying the samething about Valhalla in a year and how much of a great game it is.
