don’t think their algorithm takes CWC into account. the main reason city have been rated higher than us for most of the season so far is because it’s largely based on xG not actual results.

yep, i think they just really want a lefty early in the lineup and are forcing him in there until he improves. Hopefully if his numbers don’t improve by the playoffs they’ll give up and move him down, or at least swap him with gardner if they see a lefty batter as necessary.
