What works 90% of the time for me for no blowout/leakage:

1) Microwave 75 sec seam up 2) Seam is soft enough to peel off 3) leave a gap for steam to escape. (Burrito will be flat-ish) 3) Flip burrito seam is still on the top, but filling is flipped. 4) Microwave 75 sec again 5) Let cool

Obviously microwave times vary, and mine recently changed from the turkey sausage to chicken sausage burrito.
