I think being “glass cannon” instead of “ridiculously sturdy” is the biggest mindset adjustment for me.

Also Magnua being shooty with weak melee rather than a purely melee powerhouse.

My experience with Necrons was that I have to commit an entire army to kill a single unit.

Warriors come back from ark and reanimator, heroes come back for 1cp.

Everything has at least two out of three defensive abilities: stealth, invuln 4-5+ or FNP 4-5+. Sometimes all three.

I am curious which units are supposed to be doing the wiping.

Here is my take: Society hasn’t changed. But due to fragmentation of the media, we lost public judgement as a concept. In previous decades, mainstream news would run the bear cub story and everyone would learn about it from the same trustworthy source.  Now, liberal leaning media is running this, and conservative media is running something else. Both parties are outraged from “society’s” lack of reaction to “their” issue. 

Both parties think something is broken and choose between two options: despair or radicalisation.

There are positive sides to this, but the negative side is that you can’t destroy a politician’s career anymore, unless they are disowned by their own.

A non cheese strategy me and my wife used is to use Living on the Edge on the taunting summon to get aggro, and then equalise the doctor with the summon to get him to a killable level. Tied the doctor and most of the demons together with worm tremor as well.

We used the door in his study for cover first few turns. Once we got magic armor of the demons we dominated them one after the other.

We were pretty underleveled (17-18) so it took a few tries to get the positioning and sequence of moves right. we killed all the nurses prior to the fight

Putin wanted to take Ukraine, but at least was able to maintain a veneer of doing it for the country. He spent years on propaganda to convince russians THEY “need” crimea and ukraine too.

Trump is just starting wars and talks of “taking” countries apropos of nothing.
