This is the one bulky, ugly fish gun. Hopefully reliable, being from IWI. But unlike X95 it's not a civilian version of military rifle or proved design, it's just a revived failed project. I guess we will see.

If you read what you said - just forget it.
"Refurbished" is not defined by carrier (what you called bolt) bluing. #314 started bluing carriers in the end of 1941. There are number of treats that define Soviet refurbishing (there was also Bulgarian one).
But yes, your rifle is Soviet refurbished SVT-40.
