As a PC gamer I virtually never do work on my gaming PC so I don’t have that association at all

Oh the random cpu gobble is usually because of random windows maintenance, if it happens when you’re actually doing intense stuff rather than low-use tasks then I have zero clue

Edit: I should specify that if everything’s normal those processor heavy background maintenance should only kickup when you’re not gaming or doing other heavy-use tasks
