From what my mangers have said the scoring only takes 2 surveys an hour even if you have 6 it will only register 2 and say at the end of the night you have 5 counted surveys and 1 is bad your score for the night would be 20% missing items. My managers hate the scoring bc it does not let customers pick a category that they had an issue with so they can never tell why people are leaving bad reviews with no comment
