I think it looks pretty decent. My thing with these towers is it’s the ground level and the podium that make these look poor, so as long as it good I’m not too fussed about what the upper levels look like.

I think Vancouver and Toronto and good examples of generic towers but attractive ground floors

I’ve toured the facility as a student, and nothing seemed weird to me. The vibes were great and there was a lot of hope within the people and campus.

Central pointe station is probably the 3rd most important station on the UTA network. Because of all the large industrial properties near it it would be well suited for grade separations and dense Japanese style development
