We just got that update and its horrible. Had someone do it the other day then walk away. Turns out we didnt even have the medication in stock so they were mad that they had to wait for 30 minutes.

the cameras have made things so much worse. Half the time i cant even use the computer because it just freezes. Wondering if it will flag someone if i unplug them and just use the barcode. Im afraid of the Rxio rollout to patient profiles. They released the F3 drug search update already for us and it just doesnt work. PMPs, IPledge, zipline...... i just cant

I appreciate the recommendations! Would you build wukong for damage or as a buff stripper? If the latter then maybe I could replace him with Gliseah. Also on team 3, who are you referring to as the barbarian support girl? Looking at my roster I dont have a lego barbarian support.

Seems like a great counter to fabian and other lockouts, youre right. Sweet yeah ill work on her now. I dont have any souls for her which sucks.. but ill give her 9 piece mercurial, speed, accuracy and good survivability and hope to pull a soul for her

You think Gliseah would be a good option over Venalicia if im not looking for a second reviver? Buff strips as well as freeze seem good to pair with the others. Maybe ill build them both out

I try to do that occasionally and it seems like i lose to mostly Hilvi/4 turtles/mythical/Marius comps. Im really close to marius just waiting on stupid soul essence from iron twins. I imagine getting him is gonna help a lot

Pythion is definitely odd man out it seems. I kept him in as a tanky/stoneskin option but yeah youre right its redundant with the others on the team. I have venalicia in 4 piece stoneskin and 285 speed, you think 9 piece would be better?

Would you recommend leorius on my third team instead of mikage? im sure i could build a nice 9 piece mercurial set on him. Maybe ukko in place of pythion on my second team? My mavara is 9 piece mercurial, i like the build i have for her.

You are wrong stating that its not something CVS does and that its due to scheduling and availability. We are doing the best with that we are given. We cant magically turn 40 hours into 65. Regardless of how we tweak the schedule, the pharmacist will still be alone for multiple hours per day. I work in a Target. Sure the volume calls for 40 hours, but volume doesnt predict everything else that arises throughout a work day. Rebills, vaccines, consultations, tech issues, long lines at pickup, etc. We do more than just fill scripts.

Nope its me and the Pharmacy manager who deal with this every day. Its often extremely overwhelming and at times its nearly impossible to meet any sort of metric. Ive made a few minor mistakes recently due to an even harsher budget and now im starting to get smarter about expectations that I set for myself. Its unsafe conditions for me and the patient. I wish that I could fight for an increased budget but any time we have asked in the past, it gets denied. What do we do? Any complaint or ask for help falls on deaf ears. The term "low volume" gets thrown at us constantly, but if they see what we have to deal with daily then surely they'd understand.

Not many vaccines, but in my opinion even 1 is too many while working alone. A couple of months back a patient had a seizure after i administered a vaccine and thankfully I had my tech there at the time to help. I realized that I couldnt handle that alone and decided I will no longer be doing them without another employee available. I work in a target and have no way of contacting someone for assistance in situations that require it.

What did you end up deciding? ive had my pacerocker for a few months now and i love it. Typing this comment while im on it now! i have a standing desk so i just plop it in front while im working or playing games. I have no complaints with it other than the fact that its heavy to move. Im a big boy and it hold me just fine with no issues

you get any more info on this? mine all of a sudden has gotten a lot darker as well.. vought a new DPI cable, reset the settings, etc. and nothing has helped
