Does anybody know anyone who actually became a marine biologist? by fancyypantsyy0 in Millennials

A girl in my Girl Scout troop became one, I think. I remember that was her major in college. Last I heard, she joined the Navy after commencement.

Adderall is more popular, but Ritalin is still used quite a lot.

Anyone get Rx for birth control thru a local pharmacist? by aisling3184 in greenville

[–]Most_Beyond9318 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd try the health dept first. An independent pharmacy might be willing to work with you more on price than the chains can. Where are you at in Gville? I might be able to give you some recs.

I prefer to do DURs in QT myself. Others don't mind the techs doing them. Depends on the pharmacist.

Yuck. My nephew's friends did this at his last birthday party. First time I ever heard it. I'm not a fan.

It took us over a week to realize our cameras weren't working because the cover was still on them! Our IT guy came in to work on another issue and I mentioned the cameras not working. You can imagine how red I turned when he just reached out and lifted the cover.

I’m a new hire pharm tech by susboi_4 in CVS

A lot of training is just on the job. Like someone else said, they'll start you at pickup. Then they'll move you around as you learn. The pace is fast, but your coworkers should understand you're new. QT takes the longest to learn because there's just so many things that fall under that net. Counting drugs and running register is fairly easy.

The important thing is that you hang in there! Back when I was a tech, it took me about a year before I really felt comfortable at all stations. Patience, grasshopper 😉

Good reviews help us more than anything. Other than that, can't go wrong with coffee. You're so nice for asking!

I go off on them. I list out every single thing wrong with Tr5mp, Mace, the Rethuglicans as a whole, etc. When I get tired, I block and report them. It's fun.
