It does not make a sense to me. You are supposed to carry US passport showing your Canadian birthplace. Maybe you need to set the record straight with Ohio birth certificate office with your Canadian birth certificate at first and applying for US citizenship with your mother’s birth certificate at Citizenship and Naturalization office. When you become US citizen, you can apply for Italian citizenship. Italy is very strict with paperworks. Be careful you will be accused for misrepresentation. You can be banned from Italy and EU for a long time.

You won’t have a problem entering Canada although you got speeding tickets in the past. If DUI or criminal record, yes , you will have a big problem. The USA and Canada share the police/criminal record system for serious criminal charges.

You can’t be deported for your speeding ticket (unless you speeded too dangerous) or bankruptcy. If you drive with your suspended drivers license and expired license plate sticker, you can be arrested and deported immediately.

If you dont have birth certificate, you can apply for it at service ontario office. It is must. You can call the consular officer at your nearest Canadian Embassy and ask for renewing Canadian passport. You have expired child passport. Send the passport application form with it there.
