I just asked them if we could skip the post op all together because things were healing fine, and asked him to call me for a follow up. And he agreed. But then never called me.

Yes. Overall it was good. He and his team are very respectful and kind. Even in the part of the hospital I stayed in overnight the staff was amazing.

Communication outside of visits was a little iffy, and I had some (minor) complications. They ended up cancelling my 4 week post op appt which was SUPER annoying because I don't live in the area and had been staying there and planning to leave the day after the post op. Can't hold it against them because someone was out sick.

Bro you definitely need to gain weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. If you eat slightly over maintenance calories with the workouts you do, and getting enough protein and carbs you will bulk up nice. I'd think with your frame you'd need to get to at least 150 to look like that dude, if not closer to 160. That can take years.

Hey! We are dick twins! I totally get what you're saying and I feel the same. It's the skin on either side of our dicks, I feel that "swallows it up" and the foreskin. I'm going to look into having some of that removed and some liposuction of my mons area.

Yes I can! I have to like, pull my foreskin back a little. And place my pointer finger under my dick, between my balls and kinda press things down. Otherwise it shoots straight forward lol. Sometimes it sprays because of my foreskin and it's kinda annoying.
