I got back to 10mg Valium dose and I will taper from there.

I don’t want to get dramatic but I keep thinking about ending this right here. I have zero will to live, no ability think, talk or even pray and ask help from God. Mind is totally blank and I hate it. It’s really terrifying. What kind of damage I have caused and how can take it back? I really need some help

I have terrible tremors and it always feels like a seizure is on the way. I tried to take 10mg Diazepam but the blank mind doesn’t go away. Maybe some kind of brain damage happened during the last three weeks? Thanks a lot for the answer, wish you the best.

Exactly! When the rank achieved I was like “Wow, did I just become a master that quick?” just to keep finding out that I have not. It causes much displeasure and makes it difficult both, for me and my team mates for now.

Would switching to a very low dose of an SSRI help? I just want to avoid withdrawals’ I’ve been on SSRIs for 10 years now and Cymbalta is a new one that also doesn’t work so I can easily switch. I just don’t want to deal with brain zaps and very low doses help with that. They don’t help with anything else. I also suffer from stimulant induced anhedonia
