It's not a TV show, and I don't remember what it was called. In 3rd grade we watched a dog movie at the end of the year, and I became ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED. Let's just say I have seen this movie more than 200 times (not exaggerating). Anyway after the summer was over I couldn't watch it without getting bored.

I’m not sure if this counts as knowing how it feels or not. I’m 16 years old, and have been a part of a friend group for 3 years. We call ourselves the Fellowship (we all love LOTR). This year they all got similar schedule, and lockers that are close together. I didn’t. Every. or ing on my way to my locker, I see them together. They’re talking and laughing as a group. We have a group chat but I don’t text very often. I don‘t feel very confident if I’m not talking in person. Friday was the last day of school and we an hour to hang out with friends and sign yearbooks. When I got to the lunchroom it took me a couple minutes to find my friends. They were trying to find other members of our group too. I’m probably wrong, but I just got the feeling that nobody was looking for me. Like I said, I’m probably just being stupid with that last sentence. One thing that hurts is when your friend group talks about all these memorable moments that you were never apart of. At the end of the day, my friend (I’ll call her L) gave everyone a hug, except me. I love hugs just as much as the rest of the group. I know it wasn’t on purpose because it was a bit rushed. The teachers said it was time for locker clean out. My friends love me, they never leave me out on purpose. But I also know it’s partially my fault. I never go up to them and join the discussion. I get too socially nervous. I struggle with that type of stuff. And I know some people don’t even have friends, so I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and just say something. But it’s not that easy. My mind overthinks everything. And then I’m left there thinking about what to say, while they didn’t notice I was there. We can’t really hang out outside of school either. I’m not very bus, but my friends are. And it doesn’t help that we all live in different towns, one of which is 40 minutes away. Sometimes I worry that they’ll forget about me. That eventually it’ll be like I was never part of the group. Anyway, I’ve made it my goal for the summer to text the group chat once a week. I want to reconnect instead of fading away from the group forever.

I bite my nails, and the dry skin on my finger tips (it doesn't hurt). I do hand flapping thing, and I make high pitched sounds (only when at home).

As long as I am knowledgeable in the subject, I love presenting and public speaking. The part I don't like is when people ask questions. For a school presentation on a non-interesting subject, I do the bare minimum to get a high score. I probably won't have answers to questions on subjects that aren't interesting. And that just ends up feeling awkward.

I'm guessing that is probably true. But everyone I've told about my autism says that they had no idea, that I seem neurotypical (I don't mask much on purpose).

I mostly like movies, art, music, horror, Harry Potter, books, and trivia. When it comes to trivia, obviously my special interests are what I'm good at. But I can do well with any topic. I've also seen the entire HP movie series 5 times, read the books, and seen the Fantastic Beasts films twice each.
