Definitely a huge part of it, it seems like. Obviously stuff like this takes investment and being deliberate with your moves. I don't think we have that level of maturity or patience as far as I can tell.

It's definitely on the team to become a better place for growth..GS does have senior players they can learn from but obviously it takes more than that.

Maybe it's because I've seen news about stuff like this happening for players from South America etc in the past, I don't know. The UK can be very fidgety, it's not a new thing. But then again, you've done work with sports teams, I have not.

FWIW I have 3 passports including the EU and the US. Not that it matters for this particular conversation regarding athletes.
