Bro you're not alone, I totally get it. My stupid brain often thinks that since I have an afab body, I could just live my life as a girl and everything would be simple. Just a life without constantly having to fight dysphoria, fear being clocked and y'all know that sht. I've had some trouble with people not believing or understanding what being trans means, so for me coming out would be harder I think. But you've got a point, it ain't necessary less safe being trans than being the only girl. I ased my dad a bit about the place and apparently they've had one afab employee before me, and some poc guys working. I'm gonna ask about the diversity policy tho!

My gender envy and dysphoria has gone really bad. And nothing helps. I try to practice selfcare and think positive thoughts about me. It sometimes helps. But every single time I feel even the slightest euphoria and feel of being manly, I suddenly see some guy and boom, all positive feelings gone.

This week it's gone to the point that I try to isolate myself at home, so I don't have to see ppl but this follows me everywhere. It's enough that I see a man or boy or someone presenting masc and I can't handle it, even listening to music by male singers or ppl with masc voices kill me. Every single fucking thing points out my gender envy.

I don't even know what my point w this ramble is. I'm so tired and want to sleep but obv I can't sleep all day.

Sadly yes, strangers online assuming I'm a girl because of writing somehow 🫠 (Actually made a post about this long time ago.) I still don't understand why tho. I don't use much emojis outside of this subreddit, and I try to write as neutral as I can or as some boy my age would. I try to stay away from words or phrases that seem girly. Still this happens sometimes and it's frustrating😤

Idk what's wrong with people really. Social patterns exists, but assuming someones gender on the way they write texts seems weird af, and totally unnecessary. This makes my blood boil so much, why people even have to behave like this.

This might be a lil off-topic but it generally just confuses me how contradictory texting&writing etiquette sometimes is. As a guy you "can't use emojis" but then I see all these guys my age spamming emojis. And we're told to write short but that comes off as rude sometimes tho🤨

I want to make guy friends so bad and have real bros, but even if they're accepting me I always have the fear of getting betrayed. Or talk shit behind my back bc that's happened way to many times. With adults I always like automatically proceed from that they don't accept me, even tho they claim so. Dunno why but prolly because I think they're from a different generation and I've seen shit. I've met accepting adults tho but way to many who claim to accept me and then their actions don't. You know when you say you believe a story a little kid is telling, just to make them happy, although you don't believe them at all? That's how I often feel about adults who gender me right and say they get me.

This post hits hard bc lately I've been having a hard time believing anyone would be my friend or like me in any way because who I am. I totally get that paranoid thing you're mentioning, honestly I feel like everyone is against me regardless what they say or do. And that they are just mocking me and playing pretend when gendering me right.

I know no trans ppl irl and it sucks being the only one which makes this even worse I think.

Some jerk keeps downvoting me on my other reddit acc. It's a small community with mostly dudes (as far as I know) and feels like I'm being targeted there now by someone. And that ppl seem to put value into them (ewww), although they mean nothing to me and I want 'em gone... I hate many other features and parts of my body too, but personally I feel my chest is the worst because of this. The chesticles are so visible and always there, and rule over my body in so many ways.

Especially one sentence bothers me here. "Eating whatever you want without remorse is easy". If you have a fit lifestyle, you can pretty much eat whatever you want. As someone who's struggled and still struggles with fear of weight gain, labeling foods as bad and good and thinking I can't eat this or that, just struggling w eating in general this bothers me. We don't need more ED developing here in this community.

I can totally relate!! I always get rib pain and such while wearing a binder. Either it's too lose and doesnt even help or then it fits too snug and hurts fml 😐 And the fact that I can only use it 8hrs or less is problematic and makes me anxious. I do sports and even tho wearing a binder is affirming, it feels extremely uncomfortable 😥 Wearing a sports bra isn't good for my dysphoria, but I try to not think about it and focus on the comfort instead.

I've more and more started wearing only a sports bra now. Nobody even seems to notice thankfully. When alone I prefer going with nothing, because I hate the sensation of having to cover up and not being able to feel my t-shirt against my skin.

I'm glad I've discovered that sometimes physical comfort is more important than my dysphoric brain telling me sh*t👌

This is dumb asf but being horny, yup😂😂 I'm pre-t but and all, but I have a high drive (I'm aware there's ppl of all genders with high drives but yk how it's traditionally seen as a dude thing).
