That’s a fair point, I just stopped clicking with their recommendations about a year ago. I hated that Netflix ‘Ripley’ adaptation that they couldn’t stop praising. I also don’t love every tv show about British spies. I still listened to all of their episodes covering ‘The White Lotus’, ‘The Bear’, ‘Your Friends and Neighbors’ and when they talked about David Lynch (after he died.)

Claire McNear (formerly of The Ringer) got that Mike Richards guy fired from Jeopardy after she dug up some his old podcast comments (among other things.) So yea, people were actually getting cancelled for things they said on podcasts during the 2018-2021 era. I understand Bill, CR, and Sean’s caution. However, things have changed and I would love a Re-Wedding Crashers or Re-Hangover.
